1 Definitions

As used in these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" means the ph788 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at ph788.bio.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the ph788 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PHP funds held in your ph788 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ph788 subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body for gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means actions listed in Section 9 that are strictly forbidden on the ph788 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or "Create Account" on the ph788 Platform, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all forms of access to the ph788 Platform, including via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any official ph788 application. They apply to all game categories available on the Platform, including live casino, slots, table games, sports betting, bingo, and e-sabong.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register a ph788 account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287 as applicable.

• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence restrictions.

ph788 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

4 Account Responsibilities

Each player may register only one (1) ph788 account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. The following responsibilities apply to all registered ph788 players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph788 will never request your password via any communication channel.
• You must immediately notify ph788 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and complete. ph788 must be notified promptly of any changes.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your ph788 account, whether authorized by you or not, except where the activity results directly from ph788's negligence.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your ph788 account. Account sharing is prohibited.

5 Deposits & Payments

ph788 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. ph788 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must match the registered name on your ph788 account.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit; however, individual payment channels may impose their own transaction limits, which ph788 does not control. Deposited funds are credited to your ph788 Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by channel: GCash and Maya typically credit within seconds; bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

• ph788 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, payment channel providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been wagered. Contact ph788 support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred before placing any bets.
• ph788 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that fails anti-money laundering (AML) screening or cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your ph788 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph788 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya continuously, including weekends and Philippine public holidays. Average processing time is five (5) to ten (10) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your ph788 account must pass KYC verification. ph788 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR AML guidelines. You will be notified if additional documentation is required, and the withdrawal will be placed on hold pending receipt and review of such documentation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph788 account.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from the withdrawal amount automatically.
• ph788 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if the account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.
• ph788 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, virtual credit cards, or unverified payment methods.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph788 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times). The specific multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• ph788 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players who have already claimed the relevant offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the ph788 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each respective game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all ph788 game categories:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Technical disconnections after bet confirmation do not entitle a player to a refund of the wagered amount.
• In the event of a game malfunction, ph788 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake. This applies equally to live casino, slots, and sportsbook markets.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to market settlement. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds at which the bet is settled, unless the bet is voided due to manifest error.
• ph788 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that did not occur as described.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph788 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access accounts, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate deposits processed through GCash, Maya, or any other payment channel.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph788 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the ph788 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph788 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be used as a method of generating income or addressing financial difficulties. ph788 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after ph788 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph788 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of ph788 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph788 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph788 content without the prior written consent of ph788.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, network outages, or scheduled maintenance.

ph788's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph788 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. ph788 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph788 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification and/or email to the address registered on the account, with no less than seven (7) days' prior notice except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the ph788 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ph788 support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph788 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph788 support to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. ph788 will acknowledge all formal written complaints within three (3) business days and endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
